Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") list the terms of the agreement between Odessa Opera and you for the purchase and sale of tickets. By using our site and services you agree to accept this Agreement.


We will use all reasonable efforts to keep our site available at all times, subject to necessary downtime for maintenance and system outages. We cannot promise that our site will be error-free.

Odessa Opera will be using the email address supplied by you in the submit form to send you confirmation and details of your reservation. It is your responsibility to contact Odessa Opera within three working days of submitting the form if you have had no response by that time, adjust your anti-spam software for allowing e-mail reception from info@odessaoperatheater.com.

You understand that tickets can not be left at the cashier of Odessa Opera House and should be delivered to you by Odessa Opera using our delivery methods prior to the event.

Prices and Refund policy
The ticket prices are quoted in USD values and include our reservation fees, credit card transaction charges, maintenance of an up-to-date calendar of events, customer service, delivery fee and the ticket itself. Deliveries by post mail and airport deliveries are charged additionally.

Payment can be made by all major credit/debit cards (currently supporting Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Master card, Maestro, and Solo) and sales are final and non-refundable except for cases described below. Charges in your credit card statements appear only if the requested tickets are available. If the requested location tickets for the requested performance have been sold out you would be informed what other seating or performances are available and the difference in price.

The tickets are refundable if the requested programme has been changed/cancelled by the theatre though we can not be held responsible for this change made by the theater. Such refunds are naturally possible only if claimed prior to the commencement of the event. You would be notified of the changes occured as soon as possible.

If the event was changed to 'new date and/or time' you would be proposed for accepting of 'new date and/or time' for the changed event, or changing to different event with the same price or being issued a refund.

If the event is cancelled completely you would be proposed for changing to different event with the same price or being issued a refund.

Note: If you were delivered (or posted) the tickets already and the event was cancelled, in order to issue refund or change the tickets to different event you should return (or post mail) the tickets back to Odessa Opera before the event took place following provided necessary instructions.

Privacy policy
Online sales are processed safely through a secure server (online payment solutions provided by e-commerce service provider), insuring that your credit card and other personal information are kept private. The charge to your card is not immediate. Only when we are assured the requested item is available the charge will be made to your card.
The personal data collected by us is stored in highly protected database server and used only according to the laws for protection of the personal information therefore it won't be given or sold to the third party.
At any time you can require your personal data to be deleted from Odessa Opera records, by sending a simple written request which may be done via e-mail.
